Shipping Locations & Costs

We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time (1–4 Business Days)

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it as quickly as possible. During processing, we:

  • Confirm your order details

  • Carry out quality inspections

  • Carefully pack your items for safe transit

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time (2–4 Weeks)

After dispatch, your order travels through our international delivery network before being handed over to a local delivery partner for final delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–4 weeks, including processing and shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, customs processing or unexpected carrier delays.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Notes & Expectations

  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

  • Delivery times may vary due to your location, seasonal demand, customs processing or carrier delays.

  • International shipments may occasionally experience customs-related delays before reaching Australia.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with household members or neighbours first.
